Every minute on the minute for 20 min complete:

1 Thruster (75/55)

1 Pull-Up

1 Burpee


*Increase Reps by 2 every minute. So, minute one you will complete 1/1/1…minute two 3/3/3…minute three 5/5/5 and so on, until you cannot complete the required reps within the minute.  If you fail a set, drop back down to 1 rep of each.  If you are on your round of 7 – for example – and get 7/7/5, the next minute you will drop back down to 1/1/1.
