Round 1: 500m row @ 2:00/500m pace
Rest 2 min
Round 2: 500m row @ 1:58/500m pace
Rest 2 min
Round 3: 500m row @ 1:56/500m pace
Rest 2 min
Round 4: 500m row @ 1:54/500m pace
Rest 2 min
…and so on. Every round your 500m time must be 2 seconds faster than the previous round. If you get 1:54 one round and 1:50 the next, your following round must be 1:48. You keep going until you CAN’T get a faster 500m time no matter how hard you try, or until you WON’T get a faster 500m time because you gave up. BE A “CAN’T” don’t be a “Won’t.”
