The Workouts
Strength & Conditioning class is our main focus here at Concrete Jungle. It is designed to build relative strength in the following barbell movements: Squat, Military Press, Bench Press, and Deadlifts. Strength session is followed by a conditioning workout which consists of a variety auxiliary movements to increase your work capacity which will not only build strength but also better your overall cardiovascular health and fitness. This class will make you Jungle Strong.
Our workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

Our true strength is our Community, we called it "JungleFam"; Social support gives extra motivation so giving up is not an option. This is a special environment filled with like-minded people who are here to just be better and stronger, physically and mentally, than they were yesterday.

ABOUT CONCRETE JUNGLE

Concrete Jungle was born in 2013 on Upper East Side and moved to the South Bronx in 2017.
We believe the quality of our health determines the quality of our lives—and nothing is more important than that. We believe fitness changes lives and it should be a lot of hard work. Our goal is to change the way you look, feel, move and push your limits to be the best that you can be. FAQ

Yes. Everyone can do our workouts regardless of age and current fitness level. The program can be modified for each athlete to help him or her become fitter, stronger and healthier. 

No. Our fitness program will get you in shape assuming proper nutrition is maintained. Our workouts are modified to help each person succeed, improve fitness and take daily steps toward a specific goals. As you become fitter, your workouts will be adjusted to challenge you at your new level.

Anything done incorrectly can be dangerous. By going through proper technique at every class you are constantly learning and improving. In a classes you are under the watchful eye of a coach whose sole purpose is to push you outside your comfort zone while maintaining a safe environment.
